How long does it take to get custody in this situation and what are the chances of succeeding for full custody?

Here’s the situation. I will be speaking in third person, tell me what you think
Also, I know there will be some name calling towards me. I understand but I am working with what I have and making changes for the better.

Anne and Lawrence were dating for 5 years, she was 15 he was 17 when it first started. They got married when she was 19 and he was 21 in the year of 2007. They had a baby boy named Andrew, in November 2007. There was no source for money so Lawrence joined the Army, after basic he was shipped to South Korea. Anne was not prepared to be a single mother, but had in-laws willing to help. Anne decided to cut off contact with Lawrence and become a party girl(posting pictures of her frenching her sister on FB, rapidly losing weight within a month(cocaine)). Jon did not respond to this and medicated himself by drinking. Buddies in the military contacted main Sgt in control to talk to Lawrence and discuss the penalties of the behavior. Lawrence stopped drinking but also cut off contact from home(did not bother to call son Andrew). He called Andrew on Christmas, New Year, Thanksgiving, and Andrews birthday. He did not do EVERYTHING to keep in contact often. Andrew is currently living with his maternal grandmother, Dawna who is not in good health(she had a heart attack a month ago and Anne already dropped Andrew back off to live there). Anne is living with her newest boyfriend and his parents. His mother is an alcoholic, and her boyfriend is on methamphetamine. She could live with her mother Dawna, and take care of Andrew but she chooses not too. Today, Lawrence just arrived back in the US, two states away is his military base, but he is visiting family for the weekend. Andrew lives two states away from the military base, but Lawrence would like custody. Lawrence saw his son for the first time today in a year and 3 months and realized how much he meant to him and how Andrew loves to be around him more than ANYONE that came through the house today. They have been joined at the hip since they saw each other. Lawrence has a girlfriend in Korea, she is pregnant with his child which is due in April 2011. Lawrence wants full custody of Andrew as soon as possible and to get on with providing Andrew with a normal life.

Please, any suggestions? I do not know where to start. Please tell me where to start. The internet is so overloaded with information that it’s hard to research anything! Any good lawyers you know of?
I know I have not been a good father, and I am going to change that.
Btw I am a MALE and am on my sisters acct.

Will this play battlefield 3 good?

How do you start and run a profitable Ebay business?

I love buying and selling on Ebay? How do you start and run a profitable Ebay business. I like the idea of drop shipping as i don’t want to have to stock. Can this actually work. I live in Sydney Australia. Where do i source products from? Is it a good idea to focus on one niche product first. Should you invest in a home study course/ mentor? Any suggestions, experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Does Capitol Hill realize China curtailed the purchase of bonds in Jan & Feb and our Credit Card is Canceled?

With Legitimate Concerns, China has curtailed the purchase of U.S. Bonds in January of ’08 and February of ’09. China was the #1 source of currency to the United States and now, they’re GONE!

Not to mention, the Baltic Dry Exchange Index (BDI) crashed in November of ’08 which sadly went unnoticed. Dropping -93 points which brought the Shipping Trade of the United States to an almost complete halt.

These are *NOT* some little trivial aspects in the Financial World, nor are they trivial to the general population of the United States. What these two aspects combined mean, America is being ISOLATED.

As those Banks and Corporations are BAILEDOUT and Paper Money continues to be printed with nothing to back it all up … the streets of America continue to become full of empty homes on both sides … businesses continue to close on those streets … people go on unemployment, which is only for a short time … then on Government Assistance … then more people will move into Tent Cities, Shanty Towns or commit suicide.

Think you’re immune to all of this? Guess again. Enjoy each day, because every tomorrow will get worse.

If you didn’t know … you know now.

Does Capitol Hill realize this?

What's with weird carrier(shipping) routes?!?

This has been bugging me for the longest time now. Now I need to know!

I live in Wichita, KS and whenever I order from out of state, it always follows one of two WEIRD route:
source -> Lenexa, KS -> Kansas City, MO -> (back to) Lenexa, KS -> Wichita, KS

or even stranger (and definitely more frustrating!)

source -> to Wichita, KS -> Lenexa, KS -> Kansas City, MO -> (back to) Lenexa, KS -> Wichita, KS

I just want to know why they can’t just drop off my package(s) while they are here in the city/state rather than going up and around! Why do they have to do this? It makes NO sense!

And to top it all off, the Postal Service wants to cut Saturday as a delivery day… when really, what they SHOULD do is cut out these strange round-about routes they take to deliver packages. It would save them money while making the whole delivery system a lot more efficient!

I need help making this "BAd?'?

can you please help me make this so it doesn’t look like i plagiarized
I had 2 hours until school i just couldn’t do it without plagiarizing

Rome Was a very good land army, They trained all day all night. Rome was not very good at sea battles but Rome trained on land how to row the boat and they practiced for weeks until the war came. They had used a technique that made the fight a lot easier they used a plank to cross their ship into cartages ship so they could have a fight on their ship and basically made it a land fight. About carthage Carthage was a city-state on the Greek model that had been founded by Phoenicians from Tyre in the 8th century. It was the strongest city in the Western Mediterranean by the 3rd century and its wealth rested on trade. Carthaginian merchants went from one end of the Mediterranean to the other, the citys fleets were huge and its army was one of the best in the ancient world.
It was Carthage that pried loose the Greek hold on the western ports, and Carthaginian merchants traded as far north as England for Cornish tin and down the West African coast for gold and ivory. Like Rome, Carthage learned how to make use of the manpower of its conquered peoples, incorporating them into the Carthaginian army as auxiliaries. Unlike Rome, but like the Greeks, the Carthaginians also made extensive use of mercenaries. By the early 200 Carthage had expanded not only across North Africa but had control of the Belearic Islands, Sardinia, Corsica, and much of Sicily. She took the goods from these regions, and her own fertile hinterland, and shipped them to eastern ports. Once Rome had conquered most of Italy, it was only a matter of time before these two ambitious and powerful empires came face to face with one another. But both sides drifted unintentionally into hostilities, with drastic consequences for both.
Rome was not a naval power and had little or no experience in war at sea. Before the first Punic war the Roman Republic had not campaigned outside the Italian Peninsula. The Republic’s military strength was on land and her greatest assets were the discipline and courage of her soldiers. The boarding-bridge allowed her to use her marines against the superior Carthaginian naval skills. The Romans application of boarding tactics worked; they won several battles, most notably tho tyndaris and ecnomus
Despite its advantages, the boarding bridge had serious drawbacks: it could not be used in rough seas since the stable connection of two working ships endangered each others structure. Operating in rough seas, the device became useless and was abandoned. According to Bone breaker Professor of Naval Architecture at Delft with the estimated weight of one ton for the boarding bridge it is most improbable that the stability of a with a is placement of about 250m would be seriously upset
Some other historians believe that its weight on the prow compromised the ship’s navigability and the Romans lost almost two entire fleets to storms in 255 and in 249 largely due to the instability caused by the device. These losses were probably the main reason for the abandonment of the boarding ridge in ship design by the end of the war. As Roman improved and the Roman crews became more experienced the boarding-bridge was no longer used in battle. It is not mentioned in period sources after the battle of Ecnomus and apparently the that decided the first Punic war was won without
They did not choose to make this ship they had to because in the war they had to have a Sea fight, They had tactics that made them Have a land battle basically and they made a custom plank that dropped down on the enemies ship and they all rushed in and killed them. They constructed this ship with wood, they did not use it until they learned how to row the boat and use it

With the economy receding, when is it safe to leave your job?

I’ve wanted to change things up for a little while. Over the summer I almost changed things up drastically and just moved into a tent (still my strongest Plan B), but things settled down for a second and I decided to keep myself afloat until I was in a more reasonable situation.

Well, that situation has come and gone and now my job is the primary source of my financial woes. We haven’t been paid on time in about a month and half, my cards are maxed out again, my savings account is .27¢, and if my check isn’t waiting on me tonight when I get to the contract I won’t be able to afford to go out there tomorrow. Literally, I won’t be able to buy the gas.

So, what to do? I’ve been applying for jobs like a madman with little headway gained. The main problem is that I need to make a certain amount of money each month and be able to work around my class schedule, it’s tough. What do I do? Just suffer through with this company that seems to be sinking, or abandon ship and take the very first thing that comes knocking?

What would you do? (And just assume that all bills I’m currently under are contracted until at least Aug ’09, so even the extra ones can’t be dropped.)

Which of these is the best explanation of why cities developed along the fall line? please help?

This question refers to the passage and the map. Along the fall line, waterways from higher inland areas drop to lower coastal plains either as waterfalls or a series of rapids. Many important manufacturing and harbour cities grew up along the fall lines. The fall line of the east coast of the United States is shown on the map. Which of these is the best explanation of why cities developed along the fall line?

1)Flatter land below the fall line is better suited to farming.
2)Early colonists stayed on the coast of the Atlantic Ocean, and their towns became modern cities.
3)People prefer to live close to mountains, and mountains that are too rugged to live in start at the fall line.
4)A settlement close to the river has a steady supply of water for farming.
5)Ships could not go farther inland so trading was done at the fall line, and the waterfalls provided a source of power.
