As I know, http://www.b2c-support.com, this online shop has drop shipping business, you just need to place the order and pay, they will ship the products,

and they have two shipping methods, one is international flat airmail, this will cost you many days, maybe one month, to receive the products, but the good thing is that they label it as "gift", so there is no tax or custom duty. and the other is express shipping, you can get your order soon, about one week, in this way, you need to pay some import tax when your parcel arrives at your country, but good news is that they will lower the price, so that the custom won’t know the true price you paid, and you just need to pay less tax

That’s all I know, for some details, you need to e-mail them to figure out.

Drop shipping from China is subject to custom duties on goods over a certain value, best bet is to instruct the drop shipper to mark all items as gifts on the customs form and to put a very low value (less than $10).

But… if you are trying to defraud the American Government of duties you are of course breaking the law and will be subject to the harshest of punishments.
